Sunday 4/19: WLS Spring Fling & Pre-420 Day Party

Sunday April 19th from 4pm-9pm We Love Soul, Black Film Club, and Bronzeville Winery join together to celebrate Spring, 420, and put the finishing touches on Bronzeville Winery's 4 Year Anniversary weekend.

Music by DJs: Sean Alvarez, Duane Powell, Joe Kollege, and Chi.

Films curated by Black Film Club featuring some of our favorite classics. Films will be shown throughout the event as dancing, socializing, and dining takes place simultaneously.

For those who indulge in cannabis...Infused 420 Chocolates samples provided by OURS. Infused 420 seltzers will be available at the bar.

For those who don't indulge in cannabis...Enjoy non-infused wine, cocktails, and cuisine curated by Bronzeville Winery.

We are very much looking forward to celebrating with you the close of 2025 and Duane Powell's birthday!

The Promontory will be closing their doors on January 1st 2026.

Help us bring a proper close to the end of a special era for music and culture in Chicago and Hyde Park!

Final Pertinent Details:

-Currently tickets are $25 and some change. On December 30th, you should be able to purchase tickets online via Eventbrite until 6:59pm. If you aren't able to do so, $30 tickets will be available at the door at 7pm which is when the event starts.

There are also a couple of tables and couch sections available.

-Coat check is $5.

-Street parking is available. There is also a parking lot next to The Promontory.

Attire: Fly, Wonderful, and Comfortable.
